Job Role Profile

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist responsible for safeguarding Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the resilience and security of critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ICS / OT cybersecurity, incident response, and risk management.

• Perform risk identification, assessment, and management activities for ICS / OT environments to ensure secure and reliable operations.
• Evaluate existing cybersecurity controls, analyze their effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to strengthen overall security posture.
• Lead and support incident investigations, including analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery within ICS / OT systems.
• Document, escalate, and report security incidents that may cause immediate or ongoing operational impact.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity reviews, audits, and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and security gaps in ICS / OT architectures.
• Review and update cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures periodically to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to integrate security best practices into ICS / OT environments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends related to ICS / OT systems.
