Responsibilities

Conduct virtual sales presentations, webinars, or demonstrations to showcase products or services. Use multimedia tools to enhance presentations and engage potential customers. Online Networking : Actively participate in online forums, groups, or communities related to the industry to expand the professional network. Identify partnership opportunities and collaborations with other online entities. E-commerce Platforms : Manage online sales through e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions. Monitor and optimize product visibility on online marketplaces. Data Analysis : Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of online sales strategies. Work closely with digital marketing teams to align sales efforts with broader online marketing campaigns. Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing strategies. Embrace and leverage technology tools and CRM systems to streamline sales processes. Stay updated on the latest digital tools and trends that can enhance sales effectiveness. Collaborate effectively with team members, including managers, marketers, and customer support, using online collaboration tools.
