Job Description

Due to the continued success and expansion of the Hi-Tech business in the KSA, we are interested in speaking with Project Managers with a proven background in Hi-Tech and Manufacturing construction projects and programmes of work. Your track record will have seen you manage large scale, complex projects, in one or more of the following : Data Centre; Pharma / Life Sciences; High voltage, Low voltage, Nuclear, Substations or similarly complex asset class.

Experience

You will have both a strong pre‑contract and post‑contract full life cycle delivery background. You will show excellent management and interpersonal skills, have an engaging personality and possess a very strong core technical skillset with an understanding of construction, an appreciation of commercial and have contractual awareness. Your proven success in delivering real estate, data centre, MEP intense, large complex / technical projects or hi‑tech projects will allow you to execute the following key responsibilities as Senior Project Manager :

• Site Acquisition experience, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting new sites in line with the client's strategy.
• Drive scope, schedule, and budget decisions to conclusion including managing internal and external resources, project teams, contractors and vendors.
• You will be responsible for leading and managing Consultant / Contractor procurement.
• Leading and managing tender for Main Contractor.
• Establish project budgets, analyze design impacts on build costs and submit approval packages to the client.
