We are expanding our Cairo office and seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager who can build strong people operations, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture. Event Management Role Overview

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within OMQ’s Cairo office. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and office administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of balancing company objectives with employee needs. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values and local labor laws Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Handle performance management, training, and professional development programs Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration in coordination with finance Manage contracts, legal compliance, and government relations as per Saudi labor law Lead and supervise office administration functions including facilities, supplies, and vendor management Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure data confidentiality Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus) Minimum 7 years of progressive HR and administration experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, social insurance, and HR compliance requirements Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems / software Why Join OMQ
