Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE :

Senior Road Engineer is responsible for leading engineering design activities to meet the company’s objectives for delivering high-quality consultancy services to clients.

Giving guidance and directions to team members including Junior engineers and designers / BIM modelers.Ensuring the implementation of company system and standards.

Leading the communication with client technical team as well as internal communications with other disciplines.Supporting in creating LOD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality design and execution of projects.
• Collaborate with other department leads, project managers, and clients to develop integrated engineering solutions that meet project requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the department.
• A strong emphasis on expertise in codes and standards. ensuring high-quality deliverables for client consultancy services.
