SAP Support - SuccessFactors

About the Role :

Our client, a leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced SAP Support Specialist to provide timely and effective resolution of SAP-related support tickets, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors support (minimum 1–3 years).

Strong understanding of core HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.

Experience handling incident and problem management within an ITIL framework.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

English fluency is required.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities :

Triage, analyze, and resolve SAP SuccessFactors support tickets (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, etc.).

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address system issues, configuration changes, and user access requests.

Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes to prevent recurring issues.

Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed.

Coordinate with SAP vendors or implementation partners for escalations and enhancements.
