Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for selling Gates' products exclusively to new business / accounts. Develops prospects through individual efforts and by participating in organization-sponsored events and campaigns. Promotes and sells solutions to new customers at all levels, especially the senior executive level.
- Leads the acquisition of new, high-profile clients and focuses on winning large deals for meeting revenue and profit objectives. Prospects for new accounts, secures appointments, determines needs, delivers sales presentations, negotiates terms and conditions, overcomes objections and closes sales.
- Develops strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments. Produces new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets / quotas.
- Sales Planning and Development : Plan, follow-up, and develop sales actions and service activities for existing and prospective customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Goal Achievement : Ensure the achievement of sales / service goals and market penetration for all Gates Product Divisions / Markets.
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers on purchasing and technical levels to address problems or explore business opportunities.
- Brand Awareness : Promote Gates E & S by providing information on product range and sales / service solutions to clients and potential customers.
- Market Understanding : Analyze market and competition, translating strategies into specific actions to support the Gates brand and market share. Conduct market studies to define appropriate actions.
- Provide leadership in preparation of tender submissions.
- Agree Costing Sheets prior to submission of tender.
- Develop & Win business for assigned product / service offerings across the KSA region and new territories.
- Develop strategic plan for the assigned region with the Sales team and be accountable for achieving results.
- Travel within assigned region geographies and develop deep relationships with customers and management level contacts and provide advice and assistance to the Senior Management.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experiencePreferred a Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering.Demonstrate experience in negotiating high value contacts and terms and conditions.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize the activitiesWhy Gates?
