Resort Manager (for Indian Nationals) - Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a Resort Manager to join our team in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. This position does not require English language proficiency.

The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the resort and providing leadership to staff members. You will be tasked with ensuring that all standards of service are met and maintained, as well as developing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Other duties include preparing budgets, managing staff, commissioning repairs and maintenance, and taking responsibility for the overall performance of the resort.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent administrative skills and a strong understanding of hospitality operations. You should also have excellent organization and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess great interpersonal skills and be able to lead by example.
