Overview

Müller\'s Solutions is a leading provider of SAP consulting services, focused on delivering innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. We are currently seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless integration with existing HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their time tracking needs and objectives
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions to meet business requirements
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization
  • Assist in system testing, validation, and implementation of time tracking functionalities
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time tracking-related issues
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices to provide informed recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking / Time Management modules
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates
