Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies for Vertical Links and Transportation projects. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in transportation and relevant sectors. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design teams to integrate commercial objectives into project planning. Lead negotiations and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and contractual obligations. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for enhancing financial performance. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for transportation initiatives. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices in commercial management. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management highlighting commercial insights and project status. Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and enhancing the team's commercial capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in commercial management, specifically related to transportation or large-scale projects. Strong analytical skills with a track record of financial analysis and project management. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in commercial and financial management software. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and engage with cross-functional teams.
