Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Manager specialized in architecture, civil works, and finishing projects within the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the estimation team, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring competitive proposals that align with project requirements and budgets. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in estimation within construction and finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates for architectural, civil, and finishing projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing and scope coverage.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to develop competitive estimates and proposals.
• Negotiate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain optimal pricing and technical compliance.
• Ensure estimates comply with industry standards, client requirements, and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior estimators to maintain high-quality output.
