Senior Specialist - Implementation (DEL - 527)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the forefront of shaping the future of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Specialist - Implementation to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of diverse projects aimed at creating a world-class destination, contributing to our mission of delivering innovative experiences.

Responsibilities

Support the development and update of implementation plans for active and inactive districts and / or MDU-led workstreams
Coordinate implementation models and reports to ensure consistency across districts and alignment with the overall IMS
Manage interfaces and interdependencies across MDU functions, district teams, and external stakeholders
Prepare monthly dashboards and executive-level implementation reports; analyse trends and recommend corrective actions where needed
Collaborate with MDU Planning, Risk, and Reporting teams to support unified oversight and issue resolution
Participate in workshops, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts led by the MDU core team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)

3+ years of experience in project implementation or management, preferably in the entertainment or large-scale development sectors

Experience in large-scale development or infrastructure delivery, ideally in a master developer or PMO setting

Strong grasp of development phasing, infrastructure readiness, and construction logistics

Skilled in stakeholder coordination, with clear and effective communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 and Power BI is a plus
