Key Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk assessments and customer evaluations.
• Develop and implement credit and collection policies.
• Drive collection performance and reduce overdue balances.
• Mentor and manage the Credit & Collection team.
• Provide strategic insights through financial reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and internal teams.
