Strategic Partnerships Development Manager Our client is one of the reputed luxury property hospitality management is seeking to hire Community & Partnership manager to support their operations based in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
Community engagement & member experience :
Curate & execute a high-impact events aligned with member interest and business goals.
Build strong rapport with members through personalized interaction and support.
Monitor satisfaction metrics (e.g. survey retention rates) and implement improvement feedback.
Strategic partnership and Business development :
Identify & onboard high-value B2B and B2C partners aligned with the client's goals to enhance brand exposure and drive revenue.
Act as an ambassador and attend networking events, driving brand visibility and unlocking new business leads.
Proactively identify and capitalize opportunities to upsell organizational products and services through partner channel.
Event Execution and planning :
Oversee end-to-end delivery and execution of events, ensuring smooth logistics & attendance, high-impact programming with members and external partners.
Track ROI to refine strategies and maximise engagement, lead generation and brand visibility.
Required Criteria
5 years experience in community engagement, partnership or business development.
Strong written and verbal communication. Preferred Arabic language fluency.
Skilled in end-to-end event management and stakeholder management.
Entrepreneurial with strong interpersonal skills and passionate about partnerships, sales enablement and stakeholder engagement.
Legally authorized to work in KSA.
