Senior Legal Counsel- Projects / Construction - Saudi Arabia

Overview Our client is a well-established and prominent organisation in Saudi Arabia, involved in large-scale projects across construction, infrastructure, and related services, contributing to the Kingdom's growth and development. They are instrumental in advancing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Responsibilities Due to their continuous expansion, they are currently seeking to hire a highly skilled senior Legal Counsel with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the PPP field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, EPC / O&M agreements, project documentation and managing project lifecycle. The role involves leading legal discussions with Partners, contractors, clients, and external counsel, including PPP and other construction project transactions.

Qualifications Candidates qualified in any jurisdiction are welcome to apply, provided they have substantial legal experience in the projects field. Experience within the GCC region and Arabic language skills are not mandatory, although they are advantageous.

Remuneration Remuneration : 50K to 75K SAR pcm tax-free (depending on experience) + benefits & bonus.
