IT Security Manager

Develop and maintain enterprise security architecture and policies. Lead security awareness programs and conduct regular employee training. Evaluate, select, and implement security solutions and enhancements. Oversee deployment and configuration of security technologies. Supervise investigations, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and audits. Collaborate closely with Systems, Networking, and Business teams to align security goals. Report complex technical risks and security posture to senior leadership. Qualifications & Skills

10+ Yrs experience in IT security and technology. Strong technical expertise in network, system, application, and cloud security. Experience with offensive and defensive security technologies. Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and time-management skills. Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear reports for senior management. Knowledge of security standards such as PII, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SSAE 16, SOX, AML. Experience in developing and managing security policies and processes Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCIE, and GSEC. Seniority Level
