Job Description
Lead and manage large-scale, complex infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement project charters and execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams, fostering high performance and professional growth.
Promote a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal and external stakeholders, and senior management.
Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Resolve issues or conflicts during the project lifecycle.
Quality and Safety
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Implement quality control processes and maintain high standards of project execution.
Develop and enforce health and safety standards, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare project reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including dashboards and regular reports.
International and Infrastructure Management
Manage international projects, navigating regulatory requirements.
Oversee development of infrastructure components like roadworks, water reservoirs, and utility installations, ensuring design compliance.
Interface Management
Coordinate interfaces among project elements, contractors, design teams, and regulators.
Resolve conflicts and ensure seamless integration of project components.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop strategies aligned with client and organizational goals.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s in civil / mechanical engineering, Business Administration, or related; Master’s or certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Minimum 18 years of project management experience, with 7-8 years in international PMC roles.
Proven success in managing large, complex projects across industries.
Exceptional leadership, communication, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in multicultural environments and global teams; proficiency in project management tools.
Experience in GCC and Saudi Arabia is advantageous. English required; Arabic is a plus.
