Responsibilities
Plan, install, configure, and expand network infrastructure solutions for clients, with a primary focus on Cisco appliances (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, etc.). Conduct site surveys and create implementation blueprints. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of customer networks. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner. Monitor performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime. Lead and mentor a small team of network technicians / engineers. Allocate tasks, supervise work quality, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Provide training and skill development to team members. Act as the technical point of contact for clients during project execution and support. Translate client requirements into practical network solutions. Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service quality. Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and project handovers. Ensure all implementations comply with industry standards and best practices (Cisco, ITIL, ISO). Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in network infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting. Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies (CCNA / CCNP certification highly preferred). Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network security best practices. Leadership experience – ability to manage a small team and deliver projects. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
