MIZĀN GRC is seeking a technical co-founder to architect and scale the region’s first AI-native GRC platform—designed in and for Saudi / GCC enterprises. We’re post-MVP, validated by customers, and gearing for steep growth—now we need our technical equal.

Who you are :

You are a doer and product architect, not just a manager. You code, ship, fix, and scale.

You're at your best with ambiguity, rapid feedback, and zero bureaucracy.

You want genuine impact : to solve enterprise and regulatory pain, transform how critical business is run, and shape a market—not just iterate features.

You thrive in “build the plane as we fly it” mode and love saying “not yet” to over-complexity.

You can attract, coach, and motivate great engineers—not just control them.

You actually care about your region and bringing Saudi / GCC enterprise up to global SaaS quality.

You’ll own :

Technology vision, platform architecture, and execution—from MVP to scale

Shipping product quickly and scalably; balancing quick wins with strong technical foundations

Building and leading the early engineering team, hiring for talent and values

Rolling up sleeves to solve real-world customer problems with product, not decks

Engineering culture : resilience, learning, and pride in what’s shipped

Decision-making as a true partner—not just as a “tech lead,” but the co-CEO for all things product / tech

Must-haves :

Experience building SaaS or B2B platforms (0-to-1, ideally as founder, first engineer, or startup CTO)

Sharp technical skillset : cloud, APIs, scaling, security, devops, and (bonus) applied AI / ML

Startup DNA : operate on urgency, low ego, bias to learning, and change readiness

Product / hustle combo—see users, not just tickets

(Bonus : Experience in GRC, RegTech, Cyber, or regulated industries; based in / willing to relocate to Saudi / GCC)
