Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

15% Provide accurate and timely advice and support to internal stakeholders on procurementrelated matters Implement best practices in procurement to enhance compliance reduce risks and improve operational efficiency Continuously improve procurement processes to support the organizations growth and competitiveness Operational Roles & Responsibilities

85% Prepare and process purchase orders Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues Evaluate supplier performance and recommend changes if necessary Ensure all purchasing activities comply with organizational policies Assist in resolving any issues related to procurement or supplier performance Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / or Equivalent Years of Experience

Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience Languages

English : Advanced; Arabic : Not Required Core Competencies
