Overview
A leading Manufacturing company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Manager with minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specializing in HR operations and administration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, passionate about streamlining processes, driving compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and consistently.
- Monitor compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
- Manage onboarding for foreign labour and handling all relevant requirements (Block visas, work visas, business visas, family affairs, iqama, GOSI, benefits, Taqat, Qiwa, and Saudi Government related portals).
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, and data accuracy across all HR systems.
- Oversee administrative HR functions to ensure smooth support to all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR operational needs and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain all client documents such as CR, Saudization, GOSI, Tax, ZAKAT, etc.
- Administrate new / existing vendor records and maintain tracking.
- Oversee government relations across government entities in KSA including ministries and embassies as listed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in operations role preferable in manufacturing industry.Solid understanding of HR systems, processes, and local labor laws and portals.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills and behaviour.Seniority level
