Resourcing Specialist @ Diyar United Company | IT Recruitment Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems (Windows / Linux environments).

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and related systems.

Monitor system performance and ensure regular updates, backups, and security compliance.

Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of computers, printers, and IT peripherals.

Support Office 365, email systems, and collaboration tools.

Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, warranty, and maintenance activities.

Document IT processes, incidents, and system configurations.

Contribute to cybersecurity best practices and IT policy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fresh Graduates can also be considered.

Experience :

2–3 years of experience in IT system administration and / or technical support.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or cloud‑based tools.

Familiarity with backup, antivirus, and endpoint protection systems.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in

English and Arabic

(spoken and written).
