The Lead AI Engineer will be responsible for architecting and implementing advanced voice interaction systems that leverage Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Data Analytics capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks to design, build, and optimize real-time voice solutions for various applications. Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields, with significant exposure to voice technologies.
- Proven experience in Automatic Speech Recognition systems, with expertise in speech model tuning, domain adaptation, and real-time transcription.
- Strong knowledge of Text-to-Speech systems, including customization and optimization of neural TTS models for natural-sounding voice generation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Understanding, focusing on intent extraction, context management, and LLM prompt engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing autonomous dialogue management systems and conversational flows that handle interruptions and ambiguity.
- Proficiency in integration and systems engineering, particularly in end-to-end voice-agent pipeline design and telephony / VoIP integrations.
- Understanding of conversation and UX design principles, with the capability to establish human-like interactions and adaptive response mechanisms.
- Advanced skills in data logging, performance metrics, and developing dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Experience in managing compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA, alongside expertise in ethical AI practices.
- Proven technical leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and driving architectural innovations.

Job Responsibilities :
Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art ASR, TTS, and NLU models, ensuring high accuracy and efficient performance.Oversee the complete end-to-end voice interaction pipeline, from ASR to NLU and TTS, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.Guide the development of dialogue management systems that address complex user interactions, including multi-turn conversations and context management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable roadmaps.Mentor and train AI engineers and other technical staff on best practices and emerging trends in ASR, NLU, and TTS technologies.Develop and implement models for real-time processing, latency reduction, and performance benchmarking against industry standards.Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in AI deployment, focusing on bias detection, fairness, and transparency.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI systems, model performance, and decision-making processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by establishing feedback loops and methodologies for ongoing model refinement and retraining.Advocate for responsible AI strategies to ensure alignment with ethical standards and organizational values.Required Skills :
