Ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of projects Adhere to contractual obligations (SOWs, KPIs, SLAs, TATs) Maintain zero violations and penalties through strict compliance Client Management & Reporting

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders Manage expectations, handle escalations, and ensure satisfaction Deliver weekly reports on progress, risks, and financials Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Resolve delivery and talent-related challenges proactively Manage scope and requirement changes effectively Leadership & People Development
