As a Barista, you will use your expert knowledge and skills to craft delicious coffee beverages for our customers. Your role will involve preparing and serving various types of coffee, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils
• Ensure all food and drink products are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety standards
• Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Stay up-to-date on current coffee trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
• Train new baristas on proper techniques for making various coffee drinks
