Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager - Risk (DEL - 529) to strengthen our risk management initiatives as we develop a groundbreaking entertainment and cultural hub.

Key Responsibilities

Implement the Qiddiya Project risk management framework and seek continuous improvement.
Implement Programme and Project(s) risk management plans and produce Programme and Project Risk Register(s).
Implement the necessary training and provide support to project teams and partners.
Apply an understanding of financial instruments, contract mechanisms and insurance to mitigate risk.
Provide ad hoc advice on Risk, Issues and their mitigations.
Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Construction Law, Project Management or related field.

A minimum of 9 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within large-scale projects or investment companies.

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the use of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) tools for the analysis of cost estimates and schedules.

Experience on development / infrastructure projects of 1 billion SAR - 10 billion SAR + in a Project Controls or Program Management Office (PMO) role.

Proven track record working in collaboration with project directors and project teams to develop risk registers and risk management / control plans using facilitated risk workshops and other methods.

Knowledge of principles of contingency management.
