This role within our café involves becoming an integral part of our team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be entrusted with tasks such as food and beverage preparation, ensuring cleanliness, organizing the café, and managing cash transactions.

Job Purpose The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service whilst handling key operational duties that will contribute to an effective and efficient café environment. This includes preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring the café is clean and well-organized, and managing cash transactions accurately.

Must be Saudi national

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Prepare and serve food and beverages with utmost care and professionalism.

Ensure the maintenance of cleanliness and organization within the café.

Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Multitask effectively to ensure smooth café operations.

Demonstrate strong communication skills within the team and towards customers.

Promote and maintain a positive and friendly café atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service.

Proficiency in food preparation and beverage service.

Understanding and practice of cleanliness standards and organization.

Ability to manage cash transactions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Attention to detail and commitment to food safety procedures.

Friendly demeanor and ability to work well in a team.
