QHSE Engineer – Food & Kitchens Location :

General Manager The QHSE Manager will oversee all aspects of food quality, hygiene, and occupational health & safety across kitchen and catering operations. The role ensures compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and local regulations, while driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture. Responsibilities
Implement and monitor food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000). Conduct audits, inspections, and staff training on food hygiene and safety. Ensure compliance with Saudi health, safety, and labor laws. Lead risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective actions. Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement in kitchen operations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Safety, or related field (master’s preferred). 7–10 years of experience in food quality, safety, or catering operations. HACCP / ISO 22000 Lead Auditor / NEBOSH or equivalent certifications. Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and audit skills.
