Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Operations Supervisor with solid experience in logistics, terminal yard management, and rail operations. The ideal candidate will lead daily ground operations, ensure seamless terminal and rail workflows, and drive continuous improvement—all while demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily

ground operations

to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. Supervise

terminal and yard activities , ensuring smooth and timely logistical flows. Coordinate and monitor

rail operations , including loading, unloading, and scheduling. Implement operational procedures and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Lead by example and foster a culture of professionalism, ownership, and high performance Qualifications

Bachelors degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering , or a related field. Minimum of

3 years

of relevant experience in logistics, terminal operations, or rail / yard handling. Strong knowledge of

ground handling ,

rail movement , and

terminal logistics . Excellent

communication

and

leadership

skills. Proficiency in using

WMS ,

TOS , or other logistics / operations software (preferred). Strong

problem-solving

skills and ability to perform under pressure. What Were Looking For

Proven hands-on experience in

logistics operations ,

terminal / yard environments , and

rail handling . Strong

technical knowledge

and operational planning capabilities. Exceptional

organizational skills

and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to

lead teams
