Overview

The Professional Services Consultant is an integral part of the services organization and a customer-facing representative of the company. The consultant ensures that Nexthink’s products are implemented within a customer’s organization to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations of the solution’s technical and business benefits. The role requires a hard-working, enthusiastic person with strong technical and communication skills who can establish and maintain trusted technical advisor status. Travel to and work from a customer site is essential as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sufficient technical capability and current best-practice knowledge to implement and operate all Nexthink products at an advanced level during a project.
• Install and configure Nexthink in line with the agreed solution design and prepare all relevant technical project deliverables.
• Deliver all technical aspects of service delivery to the required standard of quality.
• Educate and empower Nexthink customers to fully adopt the solution.
• Understand customer requirements to advise and implement relevant Nexthink solutions in line with industry best practices.
• Commit to customer satisfaction and referenceability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, support, product management) and Nexthink partners.
• Continuously improve relevant technical knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to community forums by posting articles.
