We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team at a leading Human Resources Outsourcing agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a blend of strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly as it relates to the retail sector, including baby care brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving team performance. Responsibilities
