About The Role

Experienced Account Management professional, overseeing and participating in various Account Management and customer relationship management processes. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance account management performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in the HVAC business or related fields with a focus on Major Projects
  • Fluent in both English & Arabic in written and verbal communications
  • Proven solid track record of sales in Saudi market
  • Dynamic & passionate about sales, customer oriented

You Need To Demonstrate Good Knowledge

  • About the business market in KSA
  • Demonstrates a high level of planning & organization skills on a daily basis
  • Self-aware, recognizing the impact of approach and behaviors on customers, peers, and other internal and external contacts
  • Customer focused style, demonstrating success through a "Voice of the Customer" approach
  • Responsibilities

  • Develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggests products and / or services that meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through executing the sales process
  • Conducts business development activities for the account management teams across different customer segments
  • Works with the team on major projects
  • Develops and promotes new customer contact leads
  • Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities
  • Develops customer presentations for specific customer needs
  • Generates new business and ensures growth of existing accounts
  • Meets forecast and goals for sales and orders
  • Increases market share
  • Follows up on quotation status with customers, understands project requirements and pitches solutions with support from application engineering
  • Coordinates with factories on pricing and support
  • Reviews final technical submittals and contracts
  • Negotiates pricing and payment terms with customers
  • Monitors payment follow-up with customers
  • Participates in weekly / monthly sales review meetings
  • Gathers market insights and generates new leads
  • Coordinates with factories on equipment and delivery arrangements
  • Follows the complete delivery cycle
  • Involves in project costing and customer visits
  • Reviews technical proposals in detail
