Responsibilities
This technician supports the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration after installation.Handling basic products and problems, referring complex issues to senior technicians.Using experience to determine service requirements.Advising managers on inspections and corrective actions.Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintaining safety standards daily.Performing additional duties as assigned.Working flexible hours, including overtime, on-call, and weekends as needed.Qualifications
High School diploma or GED2-6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experienceEPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal)Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordTechnical skills in maintenance, service, and troubleshootingExcellent customer service skillsStrong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skillsAbility to complete repairs and documentationAbility to work independently and self-scheduleSelf-motivated and driven to succeedNATE certification is a plusAvailability for on-call service coverageOccasional travel may be requiredPhysical Requirements
Technicians must be able to :
Access rooftops via laddersWork at heightsLoad / unload tools and equipmentLifting up to 75 lbs. occasionallyLift to shoulder / overhead up to 25 lbs. occasionallyPush / pull wheeled carts up to 150 lbs.Climb laddersReach overhead repeatedlyManual tandem lift up to 125 lbs.Our Values
