Overview

Head of Operations at Artlens Media Production – Senior Motion Graphics Designer role. Type : Full-time. Start Date : Immediate. Experience Level : Senior (5+ years).

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer with strong technical abilities and a strategic mindset to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for producing high-impact, innovative motion graphics and 3D animations for a wide range of projects. From conceptualisation to delivery, you’ll collaborate with producers, directors, and editors to craft visually stunning and technically excellent content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce motion graphics and 3D animations across various media formats
  • Create visual assets : modelling, animation, compositing, and final output
  • Collaborate with producers / directors / editors to create high-impact visual presentations and videos
  • Lead and contribute hands-on to projects from concept to completion
  • Strategically improve the motion design workflow and pipeline processes
  • Advise on infrastructure and tool enhancements for efficient production
  • Research and explore emerging technologies and methods to stay ahead of the curve
  • Perform other creative and production duties as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional motion design experience
  • At least 3 years in a corporate multimedia or studio environment
  • Exceptional portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced design and storytelling
  • Proficiency in :

    • Autodesk Maya

  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Understanding of alternative motion / post-production tools and software
  • Experience in directing creative teams, including photographers, illustrators, and sound designers
  • Strong knowledge of the video production and post-production pipeline
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and clients

    • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Nuke, or similar tools
