The ideal candidate will support daily People operations, assist with government relations, and ensure compliance across various platforms and regulations.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
Support and execute People operations tasks and processes.
Handle government relations, including managing requests through official online platforms, visiting government offices when necessary, and coordinating with authorized agents when required.
Monitor and manage company accounts on governmental and business platforms, ensuring validity and compliance.
Provide timely support to fulfill company requirements through these platforms.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, People / HR Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in People operations or a related role (general knowledge of government relations and platforms is acceptable).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
