    • In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and advancing our People operational priorities, transforming our organization into the “best place to work”.     • What you will do
    • Leading in supporting all sectors On-Boarding and off-boarding.

      Act as main SPOC for all Human Resources inquiries.

      Admin Support with emails and communication with various stakeholders.

      Admin support with arranging meetings with various stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, payroll, Training department meetings and support with preparation of all necessary documentation, implementation of follow-up action.

      Interpret policies and advise managers on employee matters.

      Perform records retention activities.

      Perform approved local administrative activities.

      Drive and improve operational perfection.

      Manage contract renewals, changes, and high-impact HR transactions.

      Support HR analytics / reporting to management.

      Ensure HR service delivery standards are met.

    • You will bring
    • Graduate degree in Business administration or equivalent qualification

      3-5 years of HR Operations and / or administrative experience

      Expert in Microsoft Office.

      Writing and reporting

      Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

      Planning and organizing

      Crafting and innovating
