Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person reception. Conduct outbound calls to introduce training programs and membership options. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans to ensure satisfaction and increase sales. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up with potential leads and close sales efficiently. Address feedback and complaints professionally to enhance customer loyalty. Accurately document all interactions and calls using Bevatel and prepare periodic reports. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet organizational goals. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and maintaining the club’s positive reputation. Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or telesales (experience in the sports sector is preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets. Professional and courteous in handling all customer interactions. Proficiency in computer use and cloud-based systems (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Familiarity with contact center systems (Bevatel or similar). English proficiency is a plus.
