SAP HRMS Consultant

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for an SAP HRMS Consultant for a remote project. Kindly review the job requirements below.

Must-Have :

• 5+ years of experience in understanding and configuring HR / Success factors modules
• Prior experience in the construction industry
• Prior experience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring the system to meet client needs
• Implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management
