The project : This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.

You’ll be responsible for :

Prepares and advises on contract documentation including warranties, bonds, licenses, and supports formal execution and contract administration.

Manages valuations and variations, ensuring accurate measurement of work and cost adjustments in line with contract terms.

Ensures robust cost control and reporting, supervising monthly post‑contract cost reports and presenting them to clients.

Identifies and manages costs related to design changes, construction activities, contract awards, and client charges.

Evaluates contractor claims for delays and additional costs, including those from subcontractors and suppliers.

Advise on project completion processes, including issuing certificates and negotiating final accounts and defect resolution.

Leads and develops Cost Consultants and teams, providing coaching, performance management, and driving transformational change.

Builds strong stakeholder relationships, influences senior stakeholders, and contributes to net zero carbon goals through proactive emissions management.

You’ll need to have :

Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects / programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).

Professional membership or working towards e.g. MRICS / RICS, or equivalent.
