Our client is a large investment fund who are looking for an investment professional to join their investment risk team, the individual will be focused on real estate. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high performance group on overseeing investment risk across the real estate portfolio and identifying risks for real estate opportunities. This position with be based full time in Riyadh. What the job involves

Assessment of investment risk associated with new and existing real estate opportunities Assist in overseeing the regular monitoring across the real estate portfolio for investment risk issue Monitor industry, regional, and country trends (demand, supply, valuations, benchmarks) to assess risk impacts Track risks relative to pool-level limits / thresholds defined in the Risk Appetite Statement Who we are looking for

Extensive understanding of the real estate market (covering all asset classes) Strong skillset in data gathering, quantitative modelling and reporting across investment risk Ability to monitor market indicators such as valuation and demand / supply dynamics, and subsequently translate them into risk implications Honed stakeholder collaboration and relationship management experience #LI-OM1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
