الوصف الوظيفيA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred) 10+ years of IT experience, of which at least 4+ years must have been in managerial / leadership roles Proven track record of implementing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft D365) from scratch Experience working in mid-sized organisations undergoing rapid growth or digital transformation Retail industry experience is highly desirable Experience supporting IPO readiness or working in a pre-IPO company is a plus Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor management Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF) are an advantage Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
The Head of IT will establish and lead the IT function for a growing retail company in Saudi Arabia.
This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation, strengthening IT infrastructure, and implementing a new ERP system to support scalable growth.

Our client is a fast-growing company within the Retail sector. The Head of IT will be based in Riyadh.
Description
The Head of IT will be responsible for :
- Developing and executing the company's IT strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Building and leading a dedicated IT department, transitioning from a support-based setup to a strategic function
- Partnering with executive leadership, finance, and operations to identify and prioritise technology initiatives
- Leading the end-to-end selection, implementation, and integration of a new ERP platform (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Ensuring alignment between IT systems and core business processes including retail operations, supply chain, HR, and finance
- Overseeing IT operations the head office and retail branches, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security
- Managing vendors and outsourced partners, particularly for eCommerce and in-store technologies
- Implementing best practices in network security, data protection, and business continuity planning
- Establishing IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks to support operational excellence
- Ensuring compliance with local data regulations and cybersecurity standards
