Responsibilities

Handle a variety of legal tasks including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. Work closely with clients, attend client meetings, prepare for trials, and collaborate with other team members on various legal matters. Qualifications

Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice Strong research and litigation skills Excellent communication and advocacy skills Client management and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of commercial and corporate law Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent Membership in the bar association Employment details
