QA / QC Manager

Reports To Operations Manager / CEO

Job Summary To manage all aspects of company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control at a designated project site, and to ensure that Quality Assurance programs have been effective, ensuring quality records are prepared, approved, collated and securely maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA / QC plans and procedures.

Conduct audits, inspections, and quality.

Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for compliance.

Hold complete delegated authority over all assurance and quality control matters at the assigned project.

Report quality performance to management.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Civil, Electrical) with good oral and written English.

Minimum 15 years construction experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory position in the petrochemical, oil & gas, power plant or related industries.

Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System requirements.

Familiar with the requirements of ASME Codes Stamps (A, S, PP, U & R).

Knowledge in non-destructive testing techniques (NDT).

Familiar with GTAW, SMAW, GMAW and SAW welding processes.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred

Qualification courses in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing or related disciplines.

Member of relevant technical institutions such as QA / QC Welding or NDE institutions.

Experience in EPC or industrial projects.

Other Requirements

Must register with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Driving license is mandatory.
