About Our Client : Our client is a leading construction firm in the KSA, known for their accurate cost estimation. They are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join their team and ensure the financial success of their projects.

The Role : As a Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget.

What You'll Do :

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Conduct cost analyses and feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and contractual regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

What We're Looking For :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cost Estimator.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software.
