Description

We are seeking a skilled Slitting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating slitting machines, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate slitting machines according to specifications.
Monitor the slitting process to ensure accuracy and quality of the finished product.
Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of the machinery and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
Record production data and report any discrepancies or machinery malfunctions.

Skills and Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in operating slitting machines or related machinery.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in manufacturing environments.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
