Duties and Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to) :
- Understand ERP technical setup and evolvement, support model, contracts, resources needs to manage the area.
- Supervise ERP system administration activities to achieve optimum healthiness and timely support.
- Lead, consolidate, and report ERP development and configuration work regularly.
- Understand ARO’s overall mission and strategic goals pertaining to the area and work under the guidance of the IT Applications head to align the goals and priorities of the team.
- Lead all demands, and projects related to IFS and ensure proper change management in place.
- Develop 3‑year roadmap for the area to ensure ARO IT Business Plans are aligned and updated.
- Execute Opex Budget under the guidance of the IT Applications head and fully review all financial items related to the area of support.
- Manage employee timesheets and Supply Chain activities.
- Ensure Cybersecurity mandates and requirements are fulfilled for EPR.
- Train and mentor, the team and execute sourcing and onboarding activities seamlessly to avoid impact on IFS support to the business.
- Performs other related duties as expected or assigned by IT Management.
- Travel to remote locations, including land and offshore rigs, is required, this may be up to 15% of the time.
- Manage and plan for the design, development, integration, and implementation of ERP systems and integrations with business applications and platforms.
- Leading the team to support production applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot user issues and questions regarding assigned applications and software.
- Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and email requests in a timely manner.
- Responsible to liaise with end user or ERP / Vendor Team to report any unresolved issues.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in IT with minimum 9 years’ experience in IT with proven track record in systems implementation.Experience in developing and managing an ERP system.Experience in hands‑on project management and organizational change.Skills :
