GTM Sales Enablement Manager

Sales Manager Opportunities in Saudi Arabia We are seeking experienced sales professionals to lead teams, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships across a variety of industries including HVAC, oil & gas, plastics, chemicals, security & ICT, software, mechanical, road machinery, maritime, interior fit‑out, power generation, data center infrastructure, inspection & training, catering, IT, corporate accounts, construction, and heavy machinery.

Experience : 3–5 years for Coordinator levels; 5–10 years for Sales Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies, lead sales teams, and analyze market trends.

Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and provide market intelligence.

Analyze performance metrics and cultivate client relationships across sectors.

Lead sales growth in specialized markets such as desalination chemicals, security & ICT systems, data center solutions, and marine freight.

Build enterprise relationships, identify solutions, and lead sales cycles.

Provide product expertise and support in road machinery, mechanical products, and heavy equipment.

Support sales operations and coordinate support activities across departments.

Prepare quotations, manage customer databases, ensure timely delivery, and provide after‑sales support.

Mentor junior team members and lead negotiations on corporate accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience for manager roles; 3–5 years for coordinator roles.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Experience in at least one of the industries listed above; MBA or equivalent preferred for certain roles.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results.
