Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the timely execution of construction and installation activities.
Supervise all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is performed as per project specifications and safety standards.
Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the Project Director.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
Resolve site issues and conflicts quickly to avoid project delays.
Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and codes.
Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, progress photos, and issue logs.
Manage site logistics including equipment, material deliveries, and site access.
Participate in regular progress meetings with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
Monitor and control budget expenditures related to site activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project execution, with at least 5 years in a site management role on power plant or large industrial infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of power plant systems (mechanical, electrical, I&C).
Ability to work under pressure and in remote project locations.
