Marketing Product Manager, KSA (Hybrid)
Insulet Corporation is a rapidly growing medical device company known for its Omnipod® Insulin Management System, which provides wearables that simplify diabetes care. The company seeks a highly motivated and performance‑driven individual to join its expanding team in Saudi Arabia.
Overview
The Product Manager – Saudi Arabia will work closely with the country manager and the regional marketing head to develop and implement marketing programs that increase awareness and drive lead conversion for the Omnipod® system among patients and healthcare providers (HCPs). The role supports growth by expanding the customer base, acquiring new prescribers, and minimizing user attrition.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand growth and visibility within the franchise and support brand engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate on and execute regional marketing strategies with internal teams to boost Omnipod® awareness, drive lead conversion, and retain customers.
- Own the implementation of marketing campaigns and future portfolio launches in line with the agreed marketing plans, and support field teams for seamless execution.
- Create and localize engaging marketing content for healthcare providers and patients, working with and managing external agencies and internal partners for approval.
- Drive KOLs engagement initiatives and work closely with medical affairs on KOL development program for Saudi Arabia market.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on HCP and patient leads generation campaign initiatives, and support implementation of international segmentation.
- Plan and coordinate brand participation in medical conferences and manage asset approvals and distribution.
- Track and assess marketing performance, leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Support international launches by coordinating and executing launch activities and maintaining brand identity consistency.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Project management, communication, and collaboration skills with a track record of timely project completion.Experience in the Saudi healthcare sector is must, with considerable period spent in HCP marketing.Consumer marketing with an understanding of digital marketing is a plus.Ability to influence without authority.Attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality work.Strong cross‑functional teamwork with a customer‑focused and growth mindset.Creative approach, regulatory understanding, data analysis capabilities, and ability to prioritize high‑impact areas.Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business field (additional qualification in digital marketing can be a plus).Demonstrated experience in consumer and healthcare marketing; consumer social media is a plus.Experience in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals or medical devices, regional experience is preferred.Arabic fluency and English proficiency required.Travel
Periodic travel will be required – attending meetings in key markets, tradeshows / conferences, and joining sales teams on HCP visits.
Working Arrangements
This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements. The employee must work on‑site from an Insulet office at least once per week; remote work is allowed on other days.
