Supply Chain Program Manager, Supply Chain
We're looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Program Manager to drive shipment consolidation and network efficiency across our Australian fulfillment network. This is a high-impact role that will shape how millions of customers receive their packages while optimizing packaging utilization, delivery efficiency, and network flow.
Role Impact
- Analyzing and implementing consolidation strategies across fulfillment centers
- Leading deep‑drive analyses into order patterns and consolidation opportunities
- Designing efficient middle‑mile networks to enable consolidation opportunities
- Planning network capacity to support consolidation goals while maintaining service levels
- Developing inventory transfer strategies that maximize consolidation potential
Key Responsibilities
Design multi‑order consolidation strategies balancing speed, cost, and efficiencyLead cross‑functional projects to improve UPB while maintaining customer promise timesCreate strategic forecasting models for consolidation and capacity planningSupport new site launches with consolidation‑focused network integrationDrive improvement in key consolidation metricsOptimize multi‑node fulfillment patterns to maximize consolidation potentialWhat You'll Need
Advanced analytics skills with proven experience in large‑scale data analysisStrong stakeholder management and cross‑functional project leadershipStrategic thinking with ability to balance competing prioritiesExperience in supply chain operations, network design, or related fieldsAdvanced Excel / SQL skills and experience with data visualization toolsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fieldBasic Qualifications
Professional experience in supply chain and logistics, transportation, operations, and / or e‑commerce industriesRelevant program or project management experience in a similar roleExperience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teamsExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationAbility to prepare, report and analyse large sets of dataKnowledge in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL at a medium levelExperience defining program requirements using data and metrics to determine improvementsKnowledge of Tableau at an intermediate level (ability to create reports)Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience driving process improvementsCompleted Bachelor's Degree from an accredited UniversityAcknowledgement of Country
